Assistant Professor from JSPM University, Pune, is accepting interns interested in the field of Mechanical Engineering, in the research area of Simulation .

Interns will engage in high-quality scientific research aimed at producing publishable results in peer-reviewed SCI journals. The internship provides hands-on experience in simulation-based studies across various domains of structural, thermal, fluid, and multiphysics engineering. Participants may select from the following research topics based on their interests and background: A) Structural and Materials Simulation Topology Optimization of Lightweight Structures using ANSYS or Abaqus Finite Element Analysis of Composite Laminates Buckling and Post-Buckling Analysis of Thin Shells Fatigue Life Prediction of Metallic Alloys B) Thermal–Fluid and Heat Transfer 5. Transient Heat Transfer Analysis in Finned Structures 6. CFD Simulation of Fluid Flow in Industrial Pipes 7. Thermal Stress Analysis in Gearbox or IC Engine Components C) Dynamics and Control Systems Simulation 8. Modal and Harmonic Vibration Analysis of Machinery Components 9. Active Suspension System Simulation 10. Noise and Vibration Prediction in Mufflers D) Emerging and Multiphysics Topics 11. Thermal–Structural Coupling in Additive Manufactured Metals 12.
