About Internship

Assistant professor , Department of Computer Engineering and Application , from Department of CEA, GLA University , is accepting interns interested in the field of Computer Science Engineering, in the research area of Software Engineering.

This internship focuses on improving software design by identifying and refactoring critical areas (hotspots) in object-oriented codebases. Using hotspot mining techniques, the project aims to detect frequently modified or error-prone components and apply refactoring strategies to enhance code maintainability, modularity, and performance. Interns will work with static and dynamic code analysis tools, gain experience in software architecture evaluation, and contribute to the development of cleaner, more efficient object-oriented frameworks.
