Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), Bengaluru invites applications for full-time PhD positions under the Faculty of Computer and Information Science as part of the DSCE Doctoral Fellowship Scheme 2025. Selected candidates will work within Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU)-recognized research centers and contribute to cutting-edge research in computing, data, intelligence, and emerging digital technologies. Applicants may pursue research in the following specializations: 1. Computer Science & Engineering 2. Information Science & Engineering Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Conduct original research in any approved domain under Computer and Information Science. 2. Develop computational models, algorithms, frameworks, or system prototypes. 3. Publish research findings in reputed journals and present at conferences. 4. Work closely with faculty mentors, interdisciplinary research groups, and industry collaborators. 5.Participate in coding, experimentation, simulation, data analysis, documentation, and progress reviews. Eligibility: 1. Must meet VTU norms for PhD admission. 2. Candidates must have a valid VTU-ETR score, or qualification in UGC-NET (including JRF) / SLET / GATE or other recognized national-level exams. 3. Should possess the minimum qualifying marks as required by VTU/exam authorities. 4. Open to candidates with strong academic backgrounds in CSE, ISE, AI/ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related computing disciplines.
