Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE), Bengaluru invites applications for full-time PhD positions under the Faculty of Management Studies as part of the DSCE Doctoral Fellowship Scheme 2025. Selected candidates will work with experienced faculty mentors and contribute to impactful research in business, innovation, analytics, and management sciences. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Conduct independent research in any approved domain of Management Studies. 2. Perform quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-method research according to project needs. 3. Publish research articles in reputed academic journals and present findings at conferences. 4. Collaborate with faculty mentors, industry partners, and research groups. 5. Contribute to departmental academic activities, case study development, and research documentation. Eligibility : 1. Must meet VTU norms for PhD admission. 2. Should have a valid VTU-ETR score, or qualify through UGC-NET (including JRF) / SLET / CAT or any equivalent national exam recognized by VTU. 3. Must possess the minimum qualifying marks mandated by VTU/exam authorities. 4. Applicants with MBA, M.Com, PGDM (AICTE approved), or related backgrounds are eligible.
