This internship focuses on the study of digital governance frameworks, the adoption of artificial intelligence in organizational and public-sector decision-making, and the ethical challenges arising from AI-driven systems. Interns will engage in structured academic research by reviewing existing literature, identifying research gaps, and collecting relevant qualitative and quantitative data. The internship aims to develop analytical and research skills while fostering an understanding of responsible AI governance, ethical compliance, and managerial implications in the digital era. Key Responsibilities Include: 1. Conduct systematic literature reviews on digital governance, AI adoption, and ethical frameworks 2. Identify research gaps and emerging issues in AI governance and ethical management 3. Collect and organize primary and/or secondary data relevant to the research topic 4. Assist in data analysis and interpretation under academic guidance 5. Document research findings and contribute to reports or research papers 6. Maintain ethical standards in data handling and research practices By the end of the internship, interns will be able to: 1. Understand the principles of digital governance and ethical AI management 2. Analyze the impact of AI on organizational decision-making and policy frameworks 3.
