Professor from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur (RTMNU Nagpur), is accepting candidates interested in the field of Physics, in the research area of Mathematical Physics .

The internship provides an opportunity for motivated students to undertake guided to graduate and post graduate students including researchers in Mathematical Cosmology, General Relativity, Dark Energy and modern theories of gravitation. The programme will introduce students to the mathematical and physical foundations of cosmological models, including the Friedmann equations, dark energy models, alternative theories of gravity and cosmological diagnostics. Students will work under expert research mentorship on a selected research problem. The internship may involve literature review, analytical calculations, algebraic calculation, mathematical modelling, numerical computation and graphical analysis using tools such as Mathematica and/or Python. Students will also learn how to interpret research results, prepare scientific reports and develop skills in research methodology and scientific writing. The programme is particularly suitable for students interested in pursuing higher studies or research in Mathematics, Mathematical Physics, Cosmology, Astrophysics and Gravitation. Depending on the quality and originality of the work, the research may provide a foundation for further academic collaboration and preparation of a research paper.
