Assistant Professor from Parul University, Waghodia, is accepting interns interested in the field of Food Technology, in the research area of Functional Foods.
This internship offers a comprehensive introduction to the development of functional foods—foods that provide health benefits beyond basic nutrition. Interns will begin by conducting a thorough literature review to understand current trends, ingredients, and health claims associated with functional foods. Under close supervision, interns will also assist in analyzing experimental data and participating in the supervised formulation of a functional food product. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct scientific literature reviews related to functional food components and their health benefits. 2. Assist in designing experiments and analyzing nutritional/functional properties 3. Interpret results and prepare brief technical reports
