Assistant Professor from Parul University, Waghodia, is accepting interns interested in the field of Food Technology, in the research area of Freeze Drying.
The selected interns will work on freeze drying technology and food quality research. Interns will participate in R&D experimentation, including sample preparation, process optimization, and quality assessment. They will also be involved in sensory analysis, documentation of research findings, and preparation of certification-related documents. Interns will gain practical knowledge in food preservation techniques, quality control, and analytical methods, while contributing to projects that ensure high standards in food product development.
