Assistant Professor from Khalsa College of Education, India, is accepting interns interested in the field of Sociology, in the research area of Education .

This internship focuses on examining innovative pedagogical strategies aimed at improving student learning outcomes and engagement in the teaching–learning process. The project involves conducting a structured study or action research using mixed-method or experimental research designs. The work integrates different perspectives on education with evidence-based instructional practices to evaluate the effectiveness of innovative teaching methodologies. Key Responsibilities 1. Designing and conducting action research or experimental studies in educational settings 2. Collecting quantitative and qualitative data using mixed-method research approaches 3. Developing and implementing innovative teaching or engagement strategies 4. Analyzing data to assess impact on student learning outcomes and participation 5. Reviewing literature on contemporary pedagogical frameworks and educational sociology 6. Preparing research documentation, reports, and presentations Learning Outcomes 1. Develop understanding of different perspectives on education and learning processes 2. Gain practical experience in mixed-method and experimental research design 3.
