About Internship

Professor from TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi, is accepting candidates interested in the field of Biology, in the research area of Bio-informatics.

The selected candidates shall work in the domain of Bioinformatics with the Professor and contribute towards the following: 1. Identify a research gap in an area of microbiology. 2. Compile publicly available data. 3. Identify/develop suitable bioinformatics tools for analysis. 4. Locate generalized and specialized databases. 5. Perform iterative data analysis and cross-validate across analysis platforms. 6. Infer biological mechanisms, identify genes/metabolic pathways and formulate testable hypotheses.
