Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, is accepting interns interested in the field of Electronics and Instrumentation, in the research area of Hormonal and Stress Biomarker Monitoring.

This internship provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of biomedical engineering, physiology, and data science, focusing on real-time monitoring of hormonal and stress biomarkers. Interns will actively contribute to the development of instrumentation systems and data pipelines that can capture, process, and analyze biosignals. Key responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in the setup and calibration of the test bed for heartbeat and hormone monitoring using biomedical sensors. 2. Preprocessing raw bio signals, including noise reduction, filtering, and normalization, to generate structured datasets suitable for research and clinical insights. 3. Supporting signal acquisition and integration with biomedical instrumentation systems. 4. Exploring methods for stress biomarker detection and interpretation, connecting physiological signals with behavioral or health outcomes. 5. Documenting processes, results, and contributing to technical reports or research publications.
