Assistant Professor, Department of School of Interdisciplinary Design and Innovation , from Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing, Kancheepuram (IITDM Kancheepuram), is accepting interns interested in the field of Design and Manufacturing, in the research area of Materials Design, analysis, fabrication.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end process of product development in the automobile sector. Interns will engage in materials selection, design analysis, and fabrication techniques to develop innovative and efficient solutions tailored to automotive applications. The internship emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical implementation, preparing candidates to contribute to real-world product design and manufacturing challenges. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Assist in materials design and selection for automotive components. 2. Perform design analysis to ensure functionality, safety, and efficiency. 3. Support the fabrication process, including prototyping and testing of developed products. 4. Document processes and results, contributing to the internship project report.
