Konnifel Refund Policy

1. Fee Structure

The Konnifel lifetime membership fee is INR 2470, comprising:

  • ● INR 1250 for the RRAT (Research Readiness Assessment Test)
  • ● INR 1250 for platform access, evaluation, and internship facilitation


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are determined based on participation stage:

Stage Refund Amount
RRAT not attempted INR 2470 minus payment gateway charges (up to INR 90)
RRAT attempted INR 1220
After completion of one internship No refund


3. Key Conditions

  • ● The RRAT fee (INR 1250) is non-refundable once the test is attempted
  • ● The platform fee (INR 1220) is refundable only if no internship has been completed
  • ● Refund eligibility is based on recorded participation status


Refunds are not issued for:

  • ● Change in preference or dissatisfaction
  • ● Non-selection or limited opportunities
  • ● Delays in internship allocation


No refund applies in cases of:

  • ● Completion of at least one internship
  • ● Removal due to Code of Conduct violations
  • ● Academic misconduct or misrepresentation


4. Refund Requests and Processing

  • ● Requests must be submitted to contact@konnifel.com
  • ● Refunds are processed to the original payment method after verification
  • ● Processing time: 7–10 working days


5. Finality

All refund decisions are made strictly in accordance with this policy and based on participation records.

6. Acceptance

Payment of the membership fee constitutes acceptance of this policy.
