About Internship

Professor and Head from St John’s Medical College Hospital, Bangalore , is accepting interns interested in the field of Biology, in the research area of Human Physiology.

This internship focuses on studying the effect of CO2 on normal breast tissue following robotic breast surgeries. Interns will support research activities related to surgical and laboratory-based investigation of breast tissue samples. Selected interns will assist with IEC clearance procedures, collection of normal breast tissue samples, and experimental analysis in collaboration with laboratory teams. The work is carried out under supervision, with emphasis on careful sample handling and participation in the research process. Interns will gain exposure to clinical research processes, laboratory analysis, and research practices related to human physiology and surgical studies. Key Responsibilities will include: 1. Assisting with IEC clearance–related processes 2. Supporting collection of normal breast tissue samples 3. Working with laboratory teams during experimental analysis 4. Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail during research activities
